Brand New MySpace Page

For the past several months, I have been trying to redesign my MySpace page, to no avail. I have looked through tons of pages that I admire, and I finally noticed something they all have in common: they were designed by Jenny Begin of Star Mile Designs!

New Year's Eve With Dick Dale!

Happy 2008! On December 30th, I was playing a little open mic night at Aurora in Newport Beach when I received a phone call from my friend Ken Garica. He wanted to know if I was available to play on New Year's Eve at The Coach House. The first thing that crossed my mind was, "how the hell am I going to sell a bunch of tickets in one day??" (you have to sell tickets when you play at The Coach House).

Before I could say that, he said, "you don't have to sell any tickets because it is already sold out. We are opening up for Dick Dale, and the night needs someone to start it out with a solo acoustic set".

Me: Awesome. Yes.

So on New Years, I rolled up to The Coach House, walked on stage, rocked out for a half hour to a packed house, and then still made it to the parties I was planning on going to!

It was an awesome way to end the year. I am really looking forward to 2008. 2007 was not the greatest of years for me, and there is a lot in store for this year! Including some new songs, and I am beginning work on a live DVD with my band with SongCheck Live.
